Vacations and Holidays
Employees accrue vacation hours each week until they reach the vacation accrual maximum. This maximum starts at 80 hours for new employees and extends to 160 hours for long time employees.
Employees are also compensated for all Federal holidays where Wagner Resources, Inc. is closed in observance.
